Training Options


The Alliance can be initiated in your workplace through one of three delivery options:

Introductory Alliance Program

  • Select course(s) from The Alliance training menu, elect delivery option (Instructor Led Training, On-Line, Blended) and training location.

  • Select customized course development. The Alliance will design and deliver training course(s) that meet your requirements. Project will range from initial meeting/focus groups to confirming training needs through delivery and evaluation of training outcomes.

  • Cost based on courses selected.

Intermediate Alliance Program

  • Access to the full Alliance training menu on an annual basis, and/or customized courseware.

  • Alliance Program Liaison would work directly with you to plan and coordinate training and services.

  • Requires an annual contract. Scope of training and services would be defined in an annual program plan.

Comprehensive Alliance Program

  • Alliance-model program would be customized for your company/union.

  • Options would include:

1.  Consulting on labor contract language for program/funding
2.  Building Labor/Management Committee network
3.  Design and delivery of broad-based training and services menu
4.  Customized services in program design and evaluation

  •  Requires 2-3 year contract and funding commitment.
